Jennifer M. Caldwell, Texas Family Law Mediator - Texas Family Law Attorney and Mediator
About Me

My mediation practice is based on the belief that families are benefited from finding a fair and complete resolution to their family law matter with privacy, dignity, and efficiency.
I graduated from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in 1991; and received my Juris Doctorate from Tulane School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1994.  I became licensed in Texas in 1994 and have practiced solely in Tarrant County in Family Law since 1995.  I have been self-employed since 1998 and my law practice has been exclusively family law, with all types of property and children's issues.   I am certified by the State Bar of Texas as a mediator.
I have practiced before and/or litigated cases with all of the current Tarrant County Family Court Judges and the majority of the family law attorneys in Tarrant County, Texas.  My experience as both an attorney, parent, and mediator allows me to assist all parties and their counsel to find resolution in their family law case.
Professionally, I have been ranked as one of Fort Worth , Texas Magazines Top Attorneys consistently; am highly rated by my peers in Martindale-Hubbell publishings, and have enjoyed hundreds of former client referrals.
Personally, divorce has impacted my life.  As a spouse and parent, I understand and respect the emotional and financial difficulties contained in every Family Law case.
My offices provide a convenient and comfortable atmosphere.  Wireless Internet, refreshments, patio, private conference rooms, and free parking are provided to make the process as stress-free as possible.
